The story behind Blaze Blaze, a fashion house based in Amsterdam, has a mission to inspire ladies to embrace their unique individuality. The core of Blaze is to breathe new life into vintage items while enriching them with unique tailored details and contemporary touches to transform timeless shapes.
In 2019, Lucca established its brand with a clear vision.
"Hedendaagse massamode biedt nauwelijks ruimte voor individualiteit. Als je iets leuk vindt, koop je het, zelfs als er miljoenen anderen in rondlopen. Dat vind ik zonde. Waarom niet uniek zijn door prachtige herontwerpen van vintage items? Door deze te combineren met essentiële elementen creëer je een geheel nieuwe, trendy uitstraling die het moderne en het klassieke in evenwicht brengt. Met Blaze wil ik een gemeenschap van vrouwen opbouwen die het samenkomen van sexy en stoer, elegantie en kracht omarmen, waar je er geweldig uitziet terwijl je jezelf voelt. Iedereen die heeft beweerd dat je niet alles kunt hebben, heeft waarschijnlijk een saai leven. In onze gemeenschap wordt onze eigen groep vertegenwoordigd door onafhankelijke, krachtige en sexy vrouwen. Sommige kleding stukken van Blaze zijn voor iedereen, maar sommige maken je echt uniek."
The vintage items from Blaze are designed in our atelier in Amsterdam, with production at various locations in the Netherlands. Our goal is to be 100% fair trade and local. We achieve this by using products that would otherwise go unused and by working with people in our own country.
