About Maryam Nassir Zadeh
Maryam Nassir Zadeh is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design. In 2006, she moved to New York to do an associate's degree in Fashion Studies at Parsons. She draws inspiration from her international perspective: Iranian roots, American raised in India and Mexico and her great love of travel. She also gets her inspiration mainly from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s as well as from old photographs of her mother and grandmother.
